FS2004 Add-on Scenery converter

This application converts MS Flight Simulator 2004 and FSX add-on scenery packages to X-Plane DSF overlay scenery packages.

The resulting X-Plane scenery packages work under X-Plane 8.30 and later on Windows, Mac OS and Linux. Standard "ENV" or "DSF" global scenery for the relevant areas must also have been installed.

Users of X-Plane 8.60 and later should use the latest version of this application instead.

Runs on Windows 2000 or later, Mac OS 10.3.9 or later, and Linux.
Users of Mac OS 10.3 must install wxPython 2.5.3 or later (you don't need to install MacPython - it's already installed on 10.3).

Windows version 1.00

apt.dat to FS2004 "AFCAD" converter

This tool converts X-Plane 8.10 and earlier format apt.dat files to FS2004 facility data files. The resulting facility data files can be edited by MSFS scenery tools, eg "AFCAD", and then converted back to X-Plane 8.50 apt.dat files using "FS2XPlane".

Runs on Windows only.

Windows version 1.30

Mac & Linux version 1.30

v7 ENV to v8 DSF Overlay batch converter

This tool converts a v7 X-Plane scenery package to a v8 DSF overlay scenery package, and performs minimal sanity-checks on the v8 package in order to warn against crashes in X-Plane.

Only those objects that are actually used are copied into the v8 package. The tool checks whether every object referenced by the original v7 ENV files actually exists, and displays a warning or (optionally) removes references to those that are missing.

Runs on Windows NT or later, Mac OS 10.2 or later, and Linux.
